How to Withdraw From Fuliza Directly at an M-pesa Agent

In January 2023, Safaricom enabled Fuliza users to withdraw money directly from an M-Pesa agent. 

Regular withdrawal fees will still apply and will be deducted from your available overdraft limit.

Fuliza consistently exceeds M-Shwari and KCB M-Pesa in Safaricom's portfolio of mobile lending products, with considerably higher disbursement values.

When it originally debuted in 2019, the product's use cases were limited. Users were only able to send money to friends and family, use Lipa na M-PESA services such as Buy Goods and Paybill, and purchase airtime.

The significance of this addition is the fact that it widened Fuliza's capability and it relieved users of the need to get a new SIM card with no overdraft so they can make transactions, or send money to someone who does not have Fuliza so that they can withdraw it on their behalf.

Here's how you can withdraw Fuliza from an M-Pesa agent directly:

• Launch the STK menu on your Sim toolkit or dial *334#, then "ok".
• Select M-Pesa.
• Select "Withdraw Cash From Agent."
• Enter the Agent Number and the Store Number
• Enter the Amount
• Enter your M-Pesa PIN.
• Accept Fuliza to finalise the transaction.
