President William Ruto has made changes in the positions of Principal Secretaries, ushering in 14 new entrants into his government. In other changes, Prof Edwin Kisiangani, who has been serving in the ICT Ministry, has been dropped as PS and will now serve as a Senior Economic Advisor to the President.
In a statement signed by Head of Public Service Felix Koskei, the President also moved a six PS across government departments. Education PS Belio Kipsang was moved from his long-serving position and will now head to the Ministry of Interior.
Immigration PS Julis Bitok has been re-assigned to the Ministry of Education to replace Kipsang.

2. Harry Kimtai - Moved to the Department of Mining to Ministry of Mining, Blue Economy & Maritime Affairs
3. Elijah Mwangi - Moved to the Ministry of Sports
4. Teresiah Mbaika - Moved to the State Department of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Ministry of Roads of Transport.

7. Ms. Judith Naiyai Pareno -Office of the Attorney General
8. Dr. Bonface Makokha - National Treasury
9. Prof. Abdulrazak Shaukat - Ministry of Education

4. Alfred K'Ombundo - Ex-PS,State Department for Trade, now Deputy Head of Mission, Brussels
5. Geoffrey Kaituko - Ex-PS, State Department for Labour and Skills Development, Deputy Head of Mission, Rome, Italy
