Terms and Conditions

1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• 1.1 Eligible Customer: means any customer who is 18 years of age or older and resident in Kenya and who applied for a logbook loan quote for a Qualifying Logbook Loan via the Money254 Website and provided a valid email address and phone number when applying;
• 1.2. Cashback Offer: means receiving KES 2,000 via M-Pesa from Money254;
• 1.3. Money254: means MAG Internet Holdings Limited (a company incorporated in Kenya under company number PVT-GYUQEEDB and whose registered office is at The Promenade, General Mathenge Road, Nairobi);
• 1.4. Money254 Reference Number: means the reference number attributed by Money254 to any Logbook Loan quote obtained via the Money254 Website;
• 1.5. Money254 Website: means www.money254.co.ke;
• 1.6. Provider: means the institution originating the Logbook Loan;
• 1.7. Qualifying Logbook Loan: means a Logbook Loan classified with the Money254 “Easy Apply” logo on the Money254 Website, specifically Logbook Loans with the Provider Mogo Auto Ltd, Mwanachi Credit Limited, Ngao Credit Limited, or Hakki Car Finance;
• 1.8. Qualifying Period: means any period during which Money254 shall promote this offer via the Money254 Website

The offer

2. Only Eligible Customers who have a loan disbursed by the Provider for a Qualifying Logbook Loan at any time during the Qualifying Period shall be entitled to receive the Cashback Offer.

Activation

3. The Cashback Offer will be awarded to all Eligible Customers who Money254 is able to verify have had a loan disbursed for a Qualifying Logbook Loan at any time during the Qualifying Period.

4. The Cashback Offer will be awarded within 7 business days after Money254 has verified the loan disbursement of the Qualifying Logbook Loan from the Provider to the Eligible Customer.

Verification

5. If Money254 is unable to verify an Eligible Customer’s loan disbursement of a Qualifying Logbook Loan from the Provider, Money254 reserve the right to revoke the Cashback Offer.

Complaints

6. It is always Money254’s aim to provide the best possible service. However, any complaints about the way in which the Cashback Offer was sold should be directed to Money254 at feedback@money254.com.

Legal

7. By using Money254 to obtain a Logbook Loan quote via the Money254 Website, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. Money254 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend this offer at any time.

9. Personal data supplied in connection with this offer will only be processed by Money254 in accordance with the terms of Money254’s privacy policy. Any personal data provided to the Provider will be processed in accordance with the Provider’s privacy policy (as applicable).

10. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
