Tushop has now launched Jipange that seeks to help its customers save even more time by having an automated delivery for everyday essentials. 

Picture this, you know that each wee, your family consumes a tray of eggs, seven packets of milk, 5 bunches of spinach, half a kilo of onions, and a kilo of tomatoes.

How to Set Up Your Order on Tushop’s Jipange

To set up your Jipange, start by downloading the Tushop App here:

Proceed to create the account by following the prompt. 

• Once you have an account, click on Jipange on the home page 
• Pick the items you wish to buy from the Jipange home page by adding them to your cart. 
• Once you are ready, click on “Set Jipange & Relax”
• You will be redirected to the “Your Jipange Cart” page
• Here you can choose the schedule for each individual item you have picked 

The choices are:

• One time - for an order you do not want to recur
• Weekly - an order you wish to get once a week 
• Monthly - An order you wish to be delivered once a month 
• For weekly orders, you will indicate the day of the week you wish to get it, for instance, Monday or Tuesday
• Once you have the day of the week, you will select the exact day when you wish to get started on your orders
• Once this is done, click on “Create Jipange”
• You will be directed to the Checkout page where you will indicate the location you want your orders delivered, and delivery instructions (The service is currently available in Nairobi and its surrounding estates such as Syokimau, Athi River, Kikuyu, Ruiru, among others). 
• Next, top up your Jipange Wallet from which payment for the next Jipange order will be deducted. You have to load the wallet at least 24 hours before your next delivery.
