The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) is an organization that exists to benefit the general public and it provides social security for all Kenyan workers in the official and informal sectors.
The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) was founded by an Act of Parliament, Cap 258 of the Kenyan Laws, in 1965. The Fund was originally a Ministry of Labour Department until 1987, when the NSSF Act was changed, changing the Fund into a State Corporation managed by a Board of Trustees.
The Act was enacted as an obligatory national program with the primary goal of providing Kenyans with basic financial security benefits upon retirement. It was established as a Provident Fund that offers lump-sum rewards.
As part of its efforts to improve service delivery across the country, the NSSF has posted 188 job openings.
The organization is looking to hire 29 Grade 6 Compliance Officers, who will be responsible for enforcing the NSSF Act No. 45 of 2013 in regards to contribution collection, employer and employee registration, and member education.
There are also 9 open positions for Grade 6 Branch Accountants. These individuals will be in charge of the overall financial administration of the NSSF branches.
15 Grade 7 Finance Assistants are also needed, and they will report to the Branch Accountant.
A total of 74 Grade 7 Clerical Officer positions are needed as well as other positions listed below:
8 Grade 6 Executive Assistants.
10 Grade 7 Administrative Assistants.
23 Drivers
20 Office Assistants.

The documents must be delivered to Social Security House, Bishops Road, Block 'A', Western Wing, by the applicants.
